农村女性政治精英的生存现状研究——以辽宁省调查数据为例

Research on Rural Female Elites' Current Situation: With the Survey in Liaoning Province

本文以调查数据为基础,对辽宁省农村女性党员在农村建设中的地位和作用进行了研究,深入分析了辽宁农村女党员在经济社会发展中面临的问题和深层原因,并提出通过完善教育培训体系、金融服务体系、公共服务体系,健全社会保障体系,推进农村信息化建设,以及发挥妇联等非政府组织作用等途径提升农村女性党员社会经济能力的对策建议。

The study is based on the survey data from Liaoning Province,authors analyzed the role and position of rural female communist during the construction of countryside,and explicated the reason of obstacles rural female communists faced with.As the result,some advises are promoted,in order to improve the rural female communists＇ economic and social capability,such as more efficient education and train system,financial serving system,commonality serving system,social security system,and advanced informationization construction,and deepen application of NGOs,such as the Women＇s Federation.
