农村卫生实践基地对新农合护理人才培养的调查研究

A Survey on Nursing Personnel Training of New Rural Cooperative Medical System at Rural Health Practical Sites

目的了解建设农村卫生实践基地对新农合"用得上"人才培养情况。方法对经过农村卫生实践基地实践的毕业生用人单位的领导、同事问卷调查。结果对新农合的岗位适应能力、与新农合所需的业务素质与对照组比较有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论通过农村卫生实践基地实践教学,为新农合培养的护理人才岗位适应能力更强,知识技能更贴近农村实际需求。

Objective： To understand the building rural health practice base NRCMS the ＂ lingua franca＂ of personnel training. Method： The graduates of the employing unit after the practice of rural health practice base lead- er, colleague questionnaire. Results： The positions of the new rural cooperative adaptation ability, and professional quality of the new rural cooperative required with the control group have a very significant difference （ p 〈 0. 01 ）. Con- clusion： The practice of rural health practice base teaching, adaptable, knowledge and skills closer to the actual needs in rural areas for the training of new rural cooperative medical care personnel positions.
