超声波协同超临界CO_2萃取桔皮色素的研究

摘要 为进一步开发利用桔皮色素,采用超声波协同超临界CO2萃取桔皮色素,并采用正交试验对萃取工艺进行优化。结果表明,当超声功率为250W、萃取压力9MPa、温度50℃、时间30min、CO2流量15L/h时,能获得良好的效果,桔皮色素得率为80.66%。 Orange pigments were extracted with ultrasonic and coopperated with supercritical CO2 technology.The preparation technology was optimized with orthogonal experiment.The results showed that a better result could be made from the new process.When the ultrasonic power was 250 W,extraction pressure was 9 MPa,temperature was 50 ℃,extraction time was 30 min and CO2 flux was 15 L/h,the average yield of orange pigments was 80.66%.
