碳化硅管中微波辅助制备甲硝唑半抗原 被引量:2

摘要 目的以甲硝唑与琥珀酸酐为原料,采用微波辅助方法制备甲硝唑半抗原,并初步探讨微波辅助反应过程中微波"非热效应"对反应产率的影响。方法恒定温度120℃,用碳化硅(SiC)管和石英玻璃(Pyrex)管作为反应容器,微波辐射5 min,制备甲硝唑半抗原,并对产物进行定性和定量测定。结果微波辐射条件下,用SiC管和Pyrex管作为反应容器制备甲硝唑半抗原的产率均比较高,但以SiC管的产率相对更高、重复性更好。结论微波辅助条件下,以SiC管作为反应容器,能够以较高产率制备得到甲硝唑半抗原。 Objective The hapten of metronidazole was synthesized by using metronidazole and succinic anhydride in silicon carbide(SiC) reactor assisting with microwave.Methods The hapten of metronidazole was prepared by using silicon carbide(SiC) or quartz glass(Pyrex) reactor by microwave radiation for 5 min at 120 ℃,and the product was also characterized.Results Hapten of metronidazole was prepared successfully by microwave-assisted irradiation by using SiC vial or Pyrex vial in high yield.Moreover,higher yield and better repeatability was obtained with SiC vial.Conclusion The results showed it's a better choose to obtain hapten of metronidazole by microwave-assisted synthesis in SiC reactor.
