二姜丸超临界萃取物药效初步研究

Study on pharmacodynamics of SFE of Erjiang pill

目的研究二姜丸超临界萃取物的抗溃疡和镇痛抗炎作用。方法采用大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡、大鼠应激性胃溃疡动物模型研究二姜丸超临界提取物抗溃疡作用;采用化学刺激法研究其镇痛抗炎作用。结果二姜丸超临界萃取物各剂量组对大鼠幽门结扎型急性胃溃疡、水浸拘束型大鼠应激性胃溃疡有明显抑制作用;对乙酸、热刺激所致小鼠疼痛均有明显的抑制作用;对乙酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高以及大鼠蛋清性足肿胀均有明显抑制作用。结论二姜丸超临界萃取物具有一定的抗溃疡以及镇痛、抗炎作用。

Objective To study the pharmacologic actions of SFE of Erjiang pill（GT）. Methods The homologus animal models were used to observe different pharmacologic actions of GT, such as anti-ulcer, analgesia and anti-inflammatory action. Results GT could inhibit the gastric ulcer in rats induced by water-immersion restraint stress and pylorus ligation, the pain of mice caused by acetic acid and thermostimulation, heighten of capillary permeability of mice induced by acetic acid and forced foot of rats by albumen. Conclusion GT have the pharmacologic actions of anti-ulcer,analgesia and anti-inflammatory.
