教学质量关系到高职教育未来发展.通过对当前高职学生特点和高职教学过程中存在问题分析,认为只有准确把握学生学习心态、建立联系市场的课程体系、完善师资队伍、理顺师生关系,才能把高职教学质量提升到新的水平.

Teaching quality is related to the development of higher vocational education.Through analyzing students＇ characteristics and problems during higher vocational education,this paper thinks that we can promote the quality of higher vocational education to a higher level only by grasping the mentality of students accurately,constructing the curriculum system related the market,perfecting teaching staff and straightening the relation between teachers and students.
