摘要
做好企业困难职工的帮扶解困工作是构建和谐社会的本质要求和具体体现,也是构建和谐企业的重要举措。工会做好帮扶解困工作的对策是:做好困难职工的调查摸底工作,提高帮扶困难职工的真实性;加强制度建设,使帮扶工作形成有章可循的长效机制;建立完善的困难职工档案,对困难职工实行动态管理;深化帮扶解困工作,从根本上帮扶困难职工;做好组织协调工作,充分发挥基层分会的积极作用。
It is the essential requirement and specific reflect as well as the important means to the construction of the harmonious enterprise to solve the enterprise workers difficulty and offer aid. The strategies for the trade unions to offer aid to the poor are as follows: to investigate the workers who are difficult; to improve the employees' authenticity; to strengthen the system construction and form the rule-based long-acting system of helping the workers in trouble; establish the archives of the workers in difficulties and implement the workers in dynamic management; to further work for the workers in difficulties and solve the fundamental problems; to coordinate the work and give full play to the positive role of basic level branch.
