美国中小学校尊重学生实例介绍及启示 被引量:1

摘要 尊重一直是教育心理学和德育心理学研究的热点问题。第一,尊重学生既是学校教育教学行为产生积极影响的前提条件,又是学生个性发展的重要促进因素,也是教育工作的原则。第二,尊重本身就是一种教育手段,尊重学生是对学生的信任和肯定,受到信任和肯定对待的学生被激起积极的情感体验和自尊感,这种被唤起的情绪体验塑造着学生的自我行为。
