儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病是否需要造血干细胞移植治疗 被引量：2

摘要 随着科学技术的进步，在血液肿瘤治疗方面取得的最突出成就之一就是儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）存活率的大幅提升，儿童ALL的5年无病生存率（EFS）可达到70％～80％，而其中相当一部分ALL患儿并未通过造血干细胞移植治疗也达到了治愈。
