内镜超声在胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤术前定位诊断中的应用 被引量：6

摘要 胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤（pancreaticneuroendocfinetumors，PNETs）是一类少见的胰腺肿瘤，具有共同的生化及病理特点，所分泌的激素常以一种为主，并产生相应的临床症状。根据激素分泌功能，可分为功能性和无功能性，功能性PNETs包括胰岛素瘤、胃泌素瘤、血管活性肠肽（VIP）瘤、胰高血糖素瘤等。相对胰腺癌多数PNETs生长缓慢，患者在确诊时可以手术治疗且预后较好，而全面、准确的定位诊断则是手术成败的关键。
