慢性心力衰竭患者伴发抑郁的相关危险因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨充血性心力衰竭(CHF)后伴发抑郁的相关危险因素。方法选择106例因CHF在我院就诊的患者,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表进行抑郁评分,≥20分且由2名以上专科医师确诊者为CHF后伴发抑郁组,余为对照组。对比分析两组一般资料。在单因素基础上采用Logistic逐步回归分析影响CHF后伴发抑郁的独立危险因素。结果 24例CHF患者伴发有抑郁,占22.6%。单因素分析显示病程、心功能分级、丧失工作能力以及家庭经济收入在两组中有统计学差异(P<0.01);CHF后伴抑郁组女性较对照组多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic逐步回归分析显示,病程、心功能分级、丧失工作能力以及家庭经济收入为CHF后伴发抑郁的独立危险因素。结论心血管医师在治疗CHF改善患者生活质量的同时应积极减少抑郁的危险因素,在神经精神科医师的协助下积极识别和防治CHF并发的抑郁障碍。
