主动脉夹层32例的外科治疗 被引量：3

摘要 主动脉夹层是危重而凶险的心血管疾病,其死亡率高、并发症多,严重威胁患者的生命,2008年1月至2011年11月我们外科手术治疗32例主动脉夹层的患者,效果满意,现报道如下。一、资料与方法1.一般资料：本组共32例,男20例,女12例。年龄29～63岁,平均年龄（43±8.5）岁。其中DebakeyⅠ型15例,DebakeyⅡ型2例,DebakeyⅢ型15例。
