新发特殊类型糖尿病病例分析并文献复习
摘要
全球范围2型糖尿病的发病率逐年递增，但同时不能忽视继发性糖尿病的发生，特别是对于新发糖尿病。糖尿病是胰岛素绝对或相对分泌不足和胰岛素作用下降即胰岛素抵抗所致；
