脑恶性胶质瘤术后间质内化疗的疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 脑胶质瘤为颅内恶性肿瘤，复发率及病死率均较高，一直是神经外科中难治性疾病之一。由于胶质瘤呈浸润性生长且与正常脑组织分界不清，手术不可能将其彻底切除，术后常有复发，单纯手术治疗平均生存期仅6个月。
