完全型原发性肥厚性骨关节病一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，25岁，汉族，农民，未婚。患者4岁起病，出现四肢杵状指（趾），但无任何不适，约19岁时开始出现慢性间断性骨痛伴乏力、多汗、皮肤增厚及皮疹，杵状指（趾）越发明显，指（趾）关节肿胀，踝、腕关节逐渐肥大，面部皮肤皱纹加深.
