成人Meckel憩室伴出血一例
摘要
患者男,43岁,因中上腹疼痛3d,反复便血近1d入院。患者入院前3d无明显诱因出现中上腹阵发性针扎样隐痛,4～5次/d,与进食、排便无关。入院前1d出现鲜红色稀血便3次,总量约300ml。伴头晕、乏力,无发热、恶心、呕吐、里急后重等。
