病灶切除后创面邮票植皮治疗骶尾部藏毛窦11例临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 藏毛窦是一种罕见的肛周良性疾病,病变部位多位于肛门后尾骨处背侧,其临床表现多为骶尾部的小窦道,当发生感染时会有局部红肿疼痛和脓性分泌物溢出。藏毛窦手术方法总体可分为切除病灶后缝合创面和切除病灶后敞开创面两种手段,
