Nanog基因及其传导通路在保持胚胎干细胞多能性中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 胚胎干细胞(embryonicstemcells,ES)的研究最早开始于1980年,当时鼠Es第一次被分离出来,ES来源于囊胚内细胞团(innercellmass,ICM),可以自我复制并分化出其他胚层,这一特性对于细胞替代治疗、药物开发和自我修复治疗等研究具有重要的价值。近些年来人类ES的成功培养和分化受到了很大关注,它可以用于组织冉生治疗和研究人类进化过程。
