摘要
患者女，67岁，体重50kg，身高160cm，肺气肿病史10余年，因病情反复加重多次入院治疗，曾因呼吸衰竭致昏迷，后经有创机械通气后缓解，平时日常生活不能自理。患者因病情加重于2007年2月5日再次入院，术前肺功能检查：肺活量1．59L，占预计值56％；用力肺活量（FVC）1．5L，
