摘要
以对孟烷为原料,通过连续鼓泡塔反应器,以空气作为氧化剂,在催化剂的作用下通过连续反应过程合成过氧化氢对孟烷.在减压情况下进行蒸馏提纯得到该产品.试验结果表明,在催化剂的作用下,保持一定的反应停留时间,连续氧化反应可以在110℃下进行,经减压蒸馏即可得到合格产品.该生产工艺具有反应过程和蒸馏过程连续化的优点.
Taking menthane as material and oxygen in the air as oxidizer,this paper synthesized P-menthane hydroperoxide in continuous bubbling reactor with the help of catalyst,and obtained purified production by vacuum distillation.The result proved that the qualified products can be obtained by vacuum distillation with catalyst under the conditions of a certain length of reaction time and reaction temperature at 110 ℃.The process of reaction and distillation can be controlled continuously.
