乙腈法分离异戊二烯单烯烃脱除模拟与优化

摘要 采用ProII流程模拟软件对乙腈法分离异戊二烯单烯烃脱除过程进行模拟计算,并加以试验验证,模拟结果与验证试验结果相对误差小于6%,表明采用的数学模型可靠.系统地分析了理论板、腈烃摩尔比和回流比等因素对乙腈法分离异戊二烯单烯烃脱除效果的影响,结合验证试验,得出了乙腈法分离异戊二烯单烯烃脱除过程的适宜工艺条件为:理论板141~155块,腈烃摩尔比4.8~5.2,回流比4~4.5. The removal mono-olefin of separating isoprene with acetonitrile is simulated by ProII Flow Simulation Software.The relative error between simulation result and experimental result is less than 6%,which indicates that the mathematical model in the simulation is reliable.The effect of theoretical plate number,extractant ratio(mole ratio of acetonitrile and C5)and reflux ratio on removal mono-olefin of separating isoprene is systematically analyzed.Combined with verification test,the optimized technological parameters of removal mono-olefin of separating isoprene with acetonitrile are obtained:theoretical plate number is 130 to 135,extractant mole ratio is 4.8 to 5.2 and reflux ratio is 4 to 4.5.
