摘要
Z源逆变器(ZSI)通过在SVPWM普通零矢量中加入直通零矢量可以实现输入直流电压的升压变换。文章具体阐述了Z源逆变器的工作原理及其传统SVPWM实现方法,提出一种新的SVPWM直通时间分配法,该方法零矢量最大利用率高,最大升压值升高,有效提高系统工作性能。基于Matlab仿真平台,搭建了Z源逆变器的仿真模型,仿真结果验证了新型SVPWM的正确性与有效性。
Z-source inverter (ZSI) could realize step up the input voltage by insert the shoot- through zero vectors in traditional zero vectors in SVPWM. The working principle of ZSI and traditional SVPWM method were analyzed, a novel method in distribute the shoot-through time was proposed which make the most use of zero vector and the maximum voltage was increased, it improved the performance of system effectively. Furthermore, based on the platform of Matlab simulation, the simulation model of ZSI was built. The simulation results shows that the proposed method was correct and effectively.
