摘要
本文介绍如何利用西门子PLC采集空气压缩机的数据,上传到现场触摸屏及远程上位机,实现可视化操作,并且可以自动完成几台空气压缩机的切换,实时监控管道的压力,并发出相应的报警提示,减少人为操作,尽量将设备的损耗降到最低,实现远程集中化自动控制。
The paper introduces how to get data from air compressor automatically with the application of Siemens PLC,and upload to the touch screen and the remote host computer.It can make several air compressors work by turns.Thereby it can minimize the fair wear and tear to the machines.
