大脑中动脉阻塞缺血性脑卒中患者行动脉溶栓与静脉溶栓的临床疗效比较 被引量:7

摘要 美国国立神经系统疾病和脑卒中(NINDS)重组人组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)脑卒中研究表明,静脉rt-PA能够改善急性缺血性脑卒中的预后,尤其是在发病后早期应用。主要神经功能恢复是指美国国立卫生研究所脑卒中量表(NIHSS)计分明显改善。随后于2004年将该试验与其他几项随机对照试验(CRT)进行荟萃分析证实:静脉给予rt-PA行溶栓治疗可以改善患者的临床预后。对发病后6h内的大脑中动脉闭塞患者,动脉给予尿激酶原行溶栓治疗,疗效较好。
