摘要
杭州市西部岩溶山区因开采地下水引发了近 2 0起岩溶地面塌陷 (变形 )现象 ,造成人员伤亡和经济损失 ,成为西湖风景区的主要地质环境问题。由于岩溶水水质优良 ,可达到 级 (饮用 )水标准 ,其允许开采资源量 5 12 .7× 10 4m3/a,其中 ,环西湖山区开采量 3 66.7× 10 4m3/a。为充分利用优质岩溶水的饮用水功能 ,既要保护地质环境、防止地面塌陷的发生 ,又要充分利用岩溶水资源 ,做到资源开发与环境保护的协调统一。为此 ,提出合理开发岩溶水资源。
WT5”,6BZ]Nearly 20 Karst collapses (deformation) have occurred in the western hills, Hangzhou ,because of the exploitation of underground water,which brought atout personal casualty and economic losses,and became the main geological environment problem in the West Lake. Being the high quality water ,the allowed exploitation amount of the Karst water is 512.7×10 4 m 3/a in Hangzhou and 366.7×10 4 m 3/a in hills around the West Lake. We should utilize the water and prevent from collapse at the same time, and make concordance between the exploitation of underground water and environmental protection. Therefore, some policy were proposed.
