深圳市学生接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗抗体水平监测

Surveillance on antibody levelsof H1N1 vaccination of schoolstudents in Shenzhen city

摘要 目的了解深圳市中小学生接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗后的抗体水平,观察疫苗的保护作用。方法用常规微量血凝抑制试验,对3个时间段中小学生的流感抗体水平进行检测和比较。结果流感流行前(2009.6)抗体阳性率仅1.1%;流行后(2009.12)升至7.4%;接种疫苗后(2010)达34.9%,3个时间段的抗体阳性率逐渐增高。结论深圳市学生接种流感疫苗有一定的保护作用。 Objective To detect antibody levels of influenza A(H1N1) vaccination of school students in Shenzhen city for observing the protection role. Methods The levels of H1N1 antibody were detected and compaired by hemagglutination inhibition test(HI) in three periods. Results The positive rate of antibody was 1.2 % only before H1N1 epidemic(June 2009) ,and was increased to 7.1% after H1N1 epidemic(Dec. 2009) ,and was 34.9% after vaccination(2010). The lev- els of H1N1 antibody were gradually increasing in the three periods. Conclusions There is better immuno-protection role of H1N1 vaccination for students in Shenzhen.
