慢性酒精中毒患者血清学指标与临床关系探讨

Investigating Clinical Relationship of Serological Indicators of Patients with Chronic Alcoholism

目的探讨慢性酒精中毒患者血清脂联素(APN)、叶酸(FA)和维生素B12(VB12)等主要血清学指标的临床关系,为慢性酒精中毒预防、治疗及预后提供实验依据。方法慢性酒精中毒患者54例,依据饮酒年限分为小于10年组、10～20年组、21～30年组以及大于30年组等4个组;依据头部CT检查结果分为CT异常和CT正常组,并以同期行健康体检者44例为对照组,分别检查患者血清脂联素(APN)、叶酸(FA)、维生素B12(VB12)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)、血糖(FBG)以及血压值,SPSS17.0统计分析软件处理数据。结果慢性酒精中毒组患者APN、VB12、TC、LDL-c与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05);FA、TG、HDL-c、FBG、SBP与对照组比较有极显著差异(P<0.01);随着饮酒年限的增加,APN和FA呈进行性降低,组间比较有明显差异(P<0.05);与CT正常组比较,CT异常组FA和VB12明显较低(P<0.05)。结论长期大量饮酒导致APN、FA和VB12的降低,促进了各种并发症的发生发展。

Objective we′ll investigate the Clinical Relationship of Serological Indicators of Patients with Chronic Alcoholism,such as adiponectin（APN）,folic acid（FA） and vitamin B12（of VB12） with a view to offering the experimental basis for the prevention,treatment and prognosis of chronic alcoholism.Methods 54 cases of chronic alcoholism respectively were divided into four groups based on drinking duration,less than 10 years,10-20 years,20-30 years group and the group of more than 30 years.According to the results of head CT examination,they were divided into the CT abnormalities and the normal CT group,and 44 their healthy counterparts were the control group.We respectively checked their APN,FA,VB12,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-c）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-c）,glucose（FBG） and blood pressure.These data were analyzed by the SPSS17.0.Results Compared with the control group,the APN,VB12,TC and LDL-c of patients with chronic alcoholism were different（P0.05）.As for the FA,TG,HDL-c,FBG and SBP,there was a significant difference（P0.01）.With the increase of years of drinking,the APN and FA were progressively reduced,a significant difference（P0.05） between the four groups was showed.Compared with the normal CT group,the FA and VB12 of the CT abnormal group were significantly lower（P0.05）.Conclusion： Long-term heavy drinking leads to the lower APN,FA and VB12 and promoting the development of various complications.
