摘要
针对现有堰塞湖溃决风险评估流程不清晰及信息化程度低的问题,基于虚拟地理环境(VGE)技术开展了堰塞湖溃决风险评估及影响分析的研究。提出了VGE体系架构,设计了堰塞湖溃决风险评估基本流程,给出了堰塞体危险性判别、溃决洪水演进模拟、堰塞湖风险等级划分等关键步骤及实现方法,并对其进行了详细阐述。建立了VGE原型系统,选择案例区域进行了溃决风险评估试验。试验结果证明,上述堰塞湖溃决风险评估方案有助于提高堰塞湖溃坝风险预测与应急处置效率。
This study mainly focused on design of a new method for assessment of the dam-break risks of barrier lakes using the virtual geographic environment (VGE) technique to improve the low-informative level status of the present approaches. A systematical and functional VGE framework firstly was proposed, and a flowchart for assessment of the dam-break risks of barrier lakes was designed. Then some key technical steps and their implementations, re- spectively for assessment of barrier body risks, simulation of dam-break flood routing, analysis of loss severity and risk classification of barrier lakes, were also given and discussed in detail. Finally, a prototype system was imple- mented to support dynamic dam-break risk assessment of the Xiaojiaqiao barrier lake in Anxian county, Sichuan province. The results prove that the scheme addressed in this paper can improve the efficiency of the forecasting analysis and the emergency response of dam-break risks of barrier lakes.
