中小学校长培训模式研究

著名教育家陶行知说:"一个好校长就是一所好学校。"校长的教育思想、管理水平从某种意义上说决定着一所学校的持续发展,因此中小学校长培训工作十分重要。培训模式对于提高中小学校长培训的实效性和针对性具有举足轻重的意义,恰当的培训模式可以使培训起到事半功倍的效果。研究总结适合中小学校长培训的模式,对于促进中小学校长培训工作的发展具有重要的现实意义。

The famous educator Tao Xingzhi said： ＂a good headmaster is a good school＂. The education level of management in some sense determines a school＇s sustainable development, so the work of headmaster training is very important. Training mode plays a decisive role in improving the practical effect and proper training mode can make the training realize multiple effects. This paper sums up the proper training model for primary and secondary school headmasters, in order to promote the work of headmaster training development, which is of great practical significance.
