浅论陶行知道德需要论与道德教育

Taoxingzhi's Moral Needs Theory and Moral Education

教育家陶行知极其重视年轻一代的品德教育和修养。他所倡导的"生活即教育"、"教学做合一"等育人思想仍有现实的借鉴价值和指导作用。陶行知先生指出:"我们教育儿童,就要根据儿童的需要的力量为转移。"可见,从学生的需要出发是陶行知所倡导的德育教育方法。有需要才会有认识,才会有追求。因此,突出道德教育的实效性,实现道德认识和道德行为的统一,必须以学生的道德需要作为切入点和立足点。

Educator Tao Xingzhi attached great importance to the younger generation＇s moral education and cultivation. He adyoea- ted ＂life is education＂, ＂integrated teaching method＂ and other educational thoughts which still have practical reference value and guidance. Mr. Tao Xingzhi said： ＂we should teach children according to the needs of children. ＂ Obviously the methods of moral edu- cation advocated by Tao Xingzhi is students＇ needs-oriented. Where there is a need, there is understanding and pursuit. Therefore, to highlight the effectiveness of moral education and realize the unity of moral cognition and moral behavior, we must take the student＇s moral needs as a starting point and foothold.
