河南省高新技术企业外语人才需求特点及对策

Basic Quality Requirements for the Foreign Language Talents in Henan High-tech Enterprises and the Strategies

河南高新技术企业发展既面临机遇,也有挑战。在外语人才培养与引进方面存在着不少问题:重点高校匮乏,办学层次不高;缺乏复合型、高端型外语人才;很多理工科专业复合人才外语水平偏低;难以引进国内外高端先进人才、吸引较有名的高新技术企业。因此,河南省政府要在培养与引进人才方面多下工夫:与中央社会团体、各部委共建学校;时刻准备,抓住建立名校机遇;自力更生,加大本省投资力度;发展特色院校与专业,切实为地方与企业服务;培养外语专业复合人才;进行理工科人才外语水平的后续培养;引进回流的高新技术人才与企业等等。

Hi-tech enterprise development in Henan is faced with both opportunities and challenges. There exist many problems in training and introducing foreign language talents ： lack of key universities and low level of running schools; shortage of compound, toplevel foreign language talents; foreign language level of many science and engineering students is low; difficult to introduce advanced high-top talents and to attract more well-known high-tech enterprises. Hence, Henan Provincial Government is supposed to put in more efforts to train and introduce talents： to co-build universities with central social groups and ministries; to get ready to seize opportunities to establish elite schools; to increase investment in education; to put more efforts into schools and specialties with special features; to train compound and top-level foreign language talents; to improve foreign language level of science and engineering students and to introduce high-tech talents and enterprises.
