摘要
[目的]对马铃薯愈伤组织诱导中的激素浓度配比进行优化研究。[方法]以鲁引1号马铃薯的幼嫩茎段、叶片和叶柄为外植体,通过在基本培养基中添加不同浓度的6-BA和2,4-D,来筛选出马铃薯愈伤组织诱导的最适的培养基。[结果]叶柄和茎段的最佳培养基配方为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L 2,4-D,叶片的最佳培养基配方为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.5 mg/L 2,4-D,愈伤组织的诱导率均可达95%以上。[结论]为鲁引1号马铃薯脱毒研究提供了技术支持。
[Objective] The aim was to optimize the hormone concentrations and ratio for the callus induction of potato.[Method] The tender stem,leaf and petiole were adapted to test for callus induction of Lu 1st potato.The optimal medium of potato callus tissue induction was screened by adding different concentration of 6-BA and 2,4-D to the basic medium.[Result] The best culture medium for the stem and petiole was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L 2,4-D and the best culture medium for the leaf was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.5 mg/L 2,4-D,their callus induction rate both reached up to 95%.[Conclusion] It provided technical support for the detoxification research of Lu 1st potato.
