摘要
通过对近年来有关郁金(CURCUMAE RADIX)化学成分和质量控制方面文献的检索,综述了郁金的主要化学成分及控制郁金质量的一些方法和指标,以期为郁金类药材的质量控制提供参考。指出郁金的主要化学成分为姜黄素类、挥发油、多糖、微量元素、淀粉、脂肪油、黄色染料、β-谷甾醇、生物碱、6-Methyl-7-(3-oxobutyl)-bicyclo[4.1.0]heptan-3-one、阿魏酸和阿魏酸乙醇等;GC和HPLC可以用于郁金类药材的质量控制,且进行质量评价时多以挥发油得率、姜黄素含量、吉马酮和莪术二酮双成分含量为考察指标。
Through searching a lot of articles about chemical compositions and quality control of CURCUMAE RADIX in recent years,some methods and indexes for it were summarized,to provide reference for the quality control.It also pointed out that the main chemical compositions of CURCUMAE RADIX are curcumin,volatile oil,polysaccharide,trace elements,starch,fatty oil,yellow dyes,β-sitosterol,natural base,6-Methyl-7-(3-oxobutyl)-bicyclo heptan-3-one,ferulic acid and ferulic acidethyl ester,etc.;GC and HPLC can be used to control the quality of CURCUMAE RADIX,moreover,when evaluating the quality,we mostly take the yield of volatile oil,curcumin content,germacrone and curdione contents as indexes.
