一线城市辖区新农村建设中农业劳动力现状分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of Agricultural Labor in the Process of New Rural Construction in First-tier Cities Areas

对一线城市辖区新农村建设中农业劳动力的年龄特征、性别特征和体质现状进行了调查和检测。结果表明,与目前全国从事农业劳动的老龄化和妇女化现象相比,一线城市辖区新农村农业劳动力资源得到了有效解决,为新农村建设农业生产提供了充分的人员保障,而从事农业劳力的体质水平不容乐观,如何改善农业劳力的体质状况应成为一线城市辖区新农村建设中亟待解决的问题。

The age characteristics,gender characteristics and physical situation of agricultural labor in the process of new rural construction in first-tier cities areas were investigated and detected.The results showed that comparing with the aging and women phenomenon of agricultural labor in the nationwide currently,new rural labor resources of first-tier cities areas were resolved effectively,which provided sufficient personnel security for agricultural production in the new rural construction,however,the physique of agricultural labor were not optimistic,thereby,how to improve the physique of agricultural labor were problems demanding prompt solution in new countryside construction.
