Study on the Application of Weighted Average Method in Evaluation System of Modern Distance Education of Rural Party Members and Cadres

阐述了加权平均法在农村党员干部现代远程教育考核评估系统中应用的方法、流程和效果。研究表明,该方法能够客观、全面地反映评估结果,在建立健全的考核评估系统方面作用显著,对今后农村党员干部现代远程教育的发展有重要参考价值。

The application method,process and effects of weighted average method in evaluation system of modern distance education of rural party members and cadres were expounded.The results showed that the application of weighted average method could reflect evaluation results objectively and comprehensively,also played an important role to establish and improve evaluation system,which has important reference value for the development of modern distance education of rural party members and cadres.
