茶叶压扁机的整机研究与设计

摘要 [目的]研究与设计一种新型茶叶压扁机,改变我国现有扁形茶制茶机工作效率低、不能保证茶叶质量等问题。[方法]采用先进原则及类比设计方法,借鉴传统的用加压板模仿手工制茶原理,设计了一种新型茶叶压扁机。[结果]该茶叶压扁机提高了扁形茶的制茶作业生产率和作业质量,以机械制茶代替人工制茶,大幅减轻了劳动强度,节约了生产成本,同时,提高了扁形茶的制茶品质。[结论]该机综合性能优,可靠性高,适应性强,调节方便,可以满足茶叶压扁这一工艺的需求。 [Objective]To research and design a new type of tea flattening machine for resolving the problem for the low efficiency of China's current flat tea machine and could not guarantee the quality of tea.[Method] The advanced principles and analogy design were used for designing a new type of flat tea machine which learned to the principle of imitating traditional hand-tea with pressure plate.[Result]This machine improved the productivity of flat tea work and the quality of the tea.Instead of the hand tea,the mechanical tea reduced the labor intensity significantly,saved production costs and improved the quality of flat tea.[Conclusion]This machine had the excellent performance,high reliability,strong adaptability,convenient adjustment and could meet the demand for the tea flatting.
