随着我国社会主义市场经济体制改革的逐步深化，银行与高校之间合作的加强，防范和化解教育投资信贷风险成为当前金融体制改革的新课题，针对在投资和资金运行过程中教育投资的特殊性和高校教育信贷的风险特征，阐述教育信贷风险的防范与化解等问题。

With the deepening of socialistic market economy step by step and the enhancement between bank and univ., avoidance of education investment risk has become the new task of current finance system reform. In allusion to the risk characteristic of univ. education credit and particularity of education investment in investment and capital running, this paper sets forth such aproblem as avoidence of education credit risk.
