摘要
目的观察中药结肠透析联合肠道清洁对慢性肾功能衰竭(简称慢性肾衰,CRF)患者的效果。方法将123例入选的慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分成2组,观察组63例在中药结肠透析基础上联合肠道清洁提高透析效果,对照组60例使用单纯的中药结肠透析,2组均住院治疗4周,出院后按照计划方案在本院门诊坚持结肠透析2周,分别在治疗2周、4周、6周评定疗效。结果 2组结肠透析治疗2周的效果比较:观察组有效及显效共26例,无效34例;对照组有效及显效共11例,无效47例;治疗4周的效果比较:观察组有效及显效共36例,无效24例;对照组有效及显效共19例,无效39例;治疗6周的效果比较:观察组有效及显效共42例,无效18例;对照组有效及显效共27例,无效31例;观察组有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药结肠透析联合肠道清洁较单纯中药结肠透析有效。
Objective To observe the role of eombinating traditional Chinese colon dialyisis medicine （CTCCDM） after intestinal clearing（IC）on patients of ehronieal renal failure. Methods 123 eases were recruited and divided into two groups randomly. 63 cases received CTCCDM after IC. 60 eases were just dealed with CTCCDM as contrast. The changes of urea nitrogen and ereatinine in blood were compared after two,four,and six weeks in two groups. Results 26,36 and 42 of 60 eases shew improvemnent after two, four and six weeks in the combination threrapy group respectively,while 11,19 and 27 of 58 eases appeared improvement in the control group at the same time. The difference of responsive rates was higher in the combiantion therapy group than in control group statistically（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination therapy of CTCCDM after IC is more effective than sole CTCCDM.
