以地缘为纽带的同乡社团向来是海外华人社会的重要组织。本文从历史学的视角,根据相关文献资料,尝试对泰国华人地缘性社团的产生、发展和变迁做一个长时段的考察,阐明地缘性社团在泰国华人社会中的作用和影响,以期对目前泰国华人社团的发展状况有所认识。

The Geo-based hometown associations have always been important to overseas Chinese. According to relevant historical materials, the author investigates the emergence, development and evolution of these associations, as well as clarifies their influences and current situation.
