Synthesis of Amino-modifi ed Silicone Polyether Block Copolymer for Fiber Softener

本文扼要介绍了有机硅柔软剂的技术发展历程、嵌段聚醚氨基改性硅油柔软剂的合成、产品质量指标与性能比较。特别指出了合成反应式和关键技术。此类产品不含欧盟禁用物质,改善了技术性能,解决了目前印染加工过程中存在的破乳、粘辊以及进而造成的难以回修的瑕疵问题,为印染厂使用进口设备、节能减排和提升产品品质所急需,提升了我国织物柔软整理剂的整体技术水平。

This paper reviewed development of silicone softener technology,and introduced the synthesis of amino-modified silicone polyether block copolymer,relevant product quality and performance.Particularly,the synthesis reaction and key technology were also expounded.This type of products contains no banned substances,and improves technical performance of softener.Some problems in actual production can be solved with these softeners.The softeners are also good choice for dyeing and fi nishing plant to improve product quality.
