流通成本推高CPI的现状分析与对策研究

Status Quo of Distribution Costs Pushed CPI and the Countermeasures

通过对物流成本与流通成本的内涵界定及相互比较,分析物价高低与流通成本之间的关系,并总结了物价上涨的其它原因,且提出一些建议:加强流动性管理;完善价格管理体系;重视"三农"促进农业发展;努力降低流通成本;加快产业结构调整及实施稳健的财政政策。

Based on the definition of the meaning of logistics costs and distribution costs and the comparison with each other,the relationship between the level of prices and distribution costs is analyzed,and the causes of price rises are presented.The following suggestions are put forth： improving the liquidity management and price management system,dealing with the problems relating to agriculture,rural areas and farmers so as to promote the agricultural development,reducing distribution costs,speeding up the adjustment of industrial structure and implementing prudent fiscal policy.
