“十二五”时期经济社会发展指标体系构建研究——以滁州市为例

On Economic and Social Development Index System during the 12th Five-year Plan Period——Take the City of Chuzhou as an Example

科学合理地设计"十二五"规划中的指标对经济社会的发展具有导向作用。在遵循综合性和系统性等基本原则的基础上,围绕"十二五"时期的新要求,本研究构建了一套涵盖经济发展、科技创新、人民生活、社会发展和资源环境5个一级指标、39个二级指标的综合指标体系,并以安徽省滁州市为例,运用宏观计量经济学方法测算滁州市"十二五"时期的主要经济社会指标值,检验了指标体系的合理性。

Scientifically and rationally designing the indexes of the 12th Five-year Plan plays a guiding role in the economic and social development.Based on the basic principles of index system such as the integrity and systematization,and according to the new development requirements of the 12th Five-year Plan,an integrated index system,including five primary indexes and 39 secondary indexes,is built in this paper.The five primary indexes are concerned with the economic development,scientific and technological innovation,the people＇s livelihood,social development,and resources and environment.By taking Chuzhou City,Anhui Province as an example,the methods of macroeconometrics are applied to estimating Chuzhou＇ main economic and social indexes during the 12th Five-year Plan period.Finally,the rationality of the presented index system is verified.
