摘要
通过对我国近年来的农田水利建设所面临问题和困境进行梳理,以农田水利融资方式为切入点,构建了博弈、数理模型加以分析研究,提出建立多主体、多渠道、多元化的农田水利基础设施融资机制,针对不同性质的农田水利项目创新水利融资渠道,以促进农田水利事业的良性发展。
This paper discusses the problems and difficulties of the construction in irrigation and water conservancy projects in recent years.The author constructs the game model and makes an analysis of the financing way of those irrigation and water conservancy projects.Finally,this paper proposed to build a farmland water conservancy infrastructure financing mechanism supported by diversification of investor,creativity choosing different financing channels in view of the different nature of the irrigation and water conservancy project,to promote the development of irrigation and water conservancy undertakings.
