折边宽度对旋流泵效率影响的数值模拟与试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对旋流泵内部流道进行三维造型,利用雷诺时均方程、双方程湍流模型并结合SIMPLEC算法对其内部三维不可压湍流场进行数值模拟,得出旋流泵内部的压力分布。通过对具有3种不同宽度折边叶片模拟结果进行对比,发现旋流泵内部存在较强的纵向旋涡和轴向旋涡,折边能够改善旋流泵水力性能。在模拟的基础上,进行了试验研究,试验结果表明:折边能够减小水力损失,提高旋流泵的扬程与效率。 A 3-D model of the internal flow channel has been established.The SIMPLEC algorithm and the turbulent flow model is used,which is based on Reynolds time-averaged equations and two-equation.The 3-D incompressible internal turbulent flow field of vortex pump has been numerically simulated and the distribution of total pressure in the pump has been obtained.Through comparing the simulated result of three kind blades that are different in breadth of hem,it is found that the internal flow includes portrait vortices and axial vortices,Hem can improve the complexion of flow inside of the pump and restrict the transformation of radial flow to shaft flow.The experimental results show that the hem can reduce hydraulic loss and increase the head and efficiency.
