摘要
香花槐是一种耐旱树种,在生产中存在受季节限制、繁殖效率低的问题,采用组织培养可克服这些缺点。为优化培养体系,综述各阶段研究方法和实验现状,重点分析组织培养过程中无菌体系的建立、继代培养、生根成苗、试管苗移栽主要问题和影响因素。
Robinia pseudoacacia ‘Idaho＇ was a kind of drought tolerance species. There were some problems in season restriction and low propagation efficiency,and tissue culture could solve these problems. In order to optimize culture system,the research methods and experimental situation of tissue culture were reviewed, focusing on the problems and effects of the aseptic system establishment, subculture system, rooting, hardening-seedling and transplanting.
