摘要
利用微波辐射技术,以柚皮素和芳酰肼为原料设计合成3种柚皮素芳酰腙类化合物,应用红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱和元素分析等分析手段对化合物进行了结构表征;用合成的柚皮素芳酰腙类化合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌进行抑菌实验,显示出较好的抑菌活性。
Three naringenin aromatic hydrazone compounds were synthesized in good yields under microwave irradiation by reaction of naringenin with hydrazides. The structures of these compounds are confirmed by IR, NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. Inhibition test showed that the naringenin aromatic hydrazone compounds against Escherichia colt, Staph- ylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis have good antibacterial activity.
