熊去氧胆酸关键中间体的合成工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 优化熊去氧胆酸中间体的合成工艺,提高反应收率,摸索反应条件及重结晶等,总收率达到43.0%。目标化合物结构经熔点、1HNMR谱、13CNMR谱和MS得到确证。改进后的合成工艺切实可行,适合工业化生产。 To optimize the synthetic process of an intermediate for Ursodeoxycholic,and to increase the yield. Grope for reac- tion conditions and recrystallization. The improved synthetic method is more economical and effective for large-scale manu- factory and the overall yield reached to 43.0%. The structure of target compound was identified by melting point, ^1HNMR, ^13CNMR and MS. The improved synthetic process is practica- ble and suitable for large-scale manufacture.
