摘要
患者 男，43岁。因突发双下肢感觉运动功能障碍23h入院。患者无明显诱因突然出现双下肢麻木、感觉异常、乏力，以右下肢为重，伴大小便失禁。既往有糖尿病史4年余，血糖控制不良；半个月前有阑尾炎病史，行保守治疗后治愈。
