GCr15钢轴承零件马氏体淬火油的性能分析及选择
摘要
热处理淬火中GCr15钢轴承零件通常受屈氏体超标、变形及淬火硬度不均匀和最大淬透尺寸等多种因素的影响和制约,选择冷却性能适宜的淬火油不仅可以改善和预防淬火过程中屈氏体超标、变形量过大及硬度不均匀等问题,还可以拓宽GCr15钢轴承零件有效尺寸。
