抗肿瘤微血管生成的研究进展
摘要
肿瘤的生长、转移与复发均有赖于血管的新生,抗血管生成基因治疗以肿瘤血管生成的各个环节及其发生过程中的生物学改变为靶点,然而基因载体的靶向性问题和安全性问题一直是基因治疗发展和应用中的障碍。随着肿瘤特异性靶向菌株的发现和基因序列测定技术、基因工程技术的发展,人们将厌氧菌用于基因治疗的载体领域。本文就肿瘤的抗微血管生成基因治疗现状,以及厌氧菌作为肿瘤基因导入系统的研究进展作一综述。
